The Honourable Dr. B. R. Ambedkar : (a) Apparently the reference is to British Specialist Instructors.
100 British Specialist Instructors were recruited, of whom
87 are now in service. Their emoluments range between Rs. 620 and Rs. 872 per month with free furnished quarters or lodging allowance in lieu plus conveyance allowance in suitable cases.
