  8. Vagrancy; nomadic and migratory tribes.

  10. Welfare of labour; conditions of labour; provident funds; employers’ liability and workmen’s compensation; health insurance, including invalidity pensions; old age pensions.

  12. Trade Union; industrial and labour disputes.

  13. The prevention of the extension from one State to cmother of infectious or contagious diseases or pests affecting men, animals or plants.
