RESOLUTION No. ४
ESTABLISHMENT OF ALL INDIA SCHEDULED CASTES
FEDERATION
This Conference is of the opinion that the time has arrived for the
festablishment of a Central Political Organization for carrying on the
political movement of the Scheduled Castes.
This Conference, therefore, resolves to establish the All_ India
| $eheduled Castes Federation as the Central Political 8091240008
| $cheduled Castes of India and appeals to all poltitical organisations ofthe
| $cheduled Castes to merge into this Central Organization and work
| through (. For execution of this purpose this conference authorises
Dr. 8. R. Ambedkar to form a Committee with himself as a Chairman to
| fame a constitution for All India Scheduled Castes Federation. The
| Committee will submit the report to a provisional council consisting ofthe
ffollowing on whose approval the constitution shall become operative.
